Daywise Booking (“Daywise,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a booking and scheduling application operated by 1497239 B.C. LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the Daywise Booking application (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information (Business Users)
When you create an account, we collect:
Name
Email address
Password (stored in hashed form)
Country and time zone
Business Information
You may choose to provide:
Business name and welcome message
Services, pricing, and availability
Branding details (logo, profile image, brand colors)
Intake forms and custom questions
Google Calendar integration (optional)
Stripe account connection (optional)
Booking & Customer Information
When customers book appointments through your booking page, they may voluntarily submit:
Name
Email address
Appointment details (date, time, selected service)
Comments or intake form responses
This information is visible only to the business user who owns the booking page.
Payment Information
Payments for paid plans are processed entirely by Stripe. Daywise Booking does not store or have access to credit card or banking information.
Technical & Usage Information
We may collect limited technical data such as:
IP address
Browser type
Device information
Log data used for security, troubleshooting, and performance
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage user accounts
Display booking pages and process appointments
Send booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and reschedules
Provide customer support
Enable optional integrations (Google Calendar, Stripe)
Improve the reliability and security of the App
3. Google Services
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar:
Google authentication data is used only for login
Calendar access is optional and user-initiated
Calendar data is used solely to read and create calendar events
Google data is not used for analytics or advertising
4. Canva Platform
Daywise Booking may be used within the Canva platform. Canva may collect information independently in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Daywise Booking does not access or collect Canva design files, documents, or content.
Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s own terms and privacy practices.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processors) or where required by law.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account and booking data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time. When an account is deleted, all associated business, booking, and customer data is removed from our systems.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You may request to:
Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
9. Age Requirement
Daywise Booking is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
